Gifts for fitness enthusiasts
Match the gift to how they actually train.
“Fitness” covers runners, lifters, yogis and climbers — and they want very different things. Start from where and how they train, then think recovery, accessories, and the small upgrades they won’t buy themselves.
Recovery & comfort (under €60)
- A massage gun or foam roller. Recovery is the part most people skimp on; they’ll use it constantly.
- A great water bottle or shaker. Simple, daily, easy to get right.
- Quality socks or a gym towel set. The unsexy stuff serious trainers love.
Gear by discipline (€60–€200)
- Runners: a running belt, headlamp, or a voucher for a proper gait-fitting at a running shop.
- Lifters: lifting straps, a belt, or quality resistance bands.
- Yoga/Pilates: a premium mat — the one thing they touch every session.
The bigger swings
- A fitness watch or heart-rate monitor for the data-driven.
- A block of classes or PT sessions in something they’ve wanted to try.
- A gym or climbing-wall membership — commitment, gifted.
Want this tailored to your person?
When the Engift finder opens you’ll describe them — “my sister who’s training for her first marathon” — and we’ll match real products to that.
